Our Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between RealPro and our customers. We make information and services available to our customers, and our customers must follow our policy.
Our terms and conditions agreement allow RealPro and customers to:
- Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions: We allow refunds of money received after funds have been verified and received, only when services have not been performed. If an internet transaction has been executed, and no service is performed, we will refund those funds after transaction is cleared. If a check is tendered to our company, and services are not rendered, then funds will be refunded after transaction is completed and deposited funds are verified. Under no circumstances will fees be refunded after services are rendered. Fees are charged and collected prior to inspections being performed. Inspection reports are delivered to customers only after fee for service is collected and verified on deposit.
- RealPro shall not be held liable for omitted or incorrect data until such data has been reported to RealPro formally in writing, and RealPro has been given 10 calendar days from the date of discovery, to respond with corrective language.
- Customers are not permitted to participate in or make RealPro a party to any unlawful behavior, hate speech, unlawful discrimination, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Inspections ordered are not guaranteed to be performed within any certain frame of time. Customers inspections are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
- RealPro reserves the right to refuse to perform services outside the state of Mississippi.
