Tommy Boykin, owner of RealPro Inspection Services, spent approximately 20 years as Realtor Broker Owner of a MS real estate firm and Owner/Contractor of a MS home building company.  Mr Boykin presently is inactive in real estate but holds an active MS home builders license, qualifying RealPro to perform inspections on “new homes”. We offer full service inspection on pre-owned and newly constructed homes.

Have a RealPro Inspector take a pre listing look at your home before potential buyers start looking at your home. We will walk thru the home with the owner or agent, and point out things that would be of concern to most inspectors or buyers. This is not a comprehensive inspection of record but prepares the home owner and agent before the sale. This is performed at a much lesser fee than a full inspection report but comprehensive enough to expose the most important issue

Buying a new home, freshly built by a builder you don’t know, is sometimes intimidating at the least. RealPro offers inspections on brand new homes.  We have an experienced active MS licensed home builder that holds a MS Inspector License, who has years of experience in building new homes.  We will look at every new home with the most cooperative and experienced perspective possible. We will work effectively with both realtors and builders to aid in transaction success and quality assurance.
